Welcome to the Disciplin School Management App, operated by RKS Enterprices Services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile applications (Disciplin Student/Parent App and Disciplin Staff App) and related services provided via www.disciplin.in.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The app is intended for use by:

  • Students and parents enrolled in schools using Disciplin

  • School staff and faculty authorized by school administration

Minors must use the app under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or school authority.

2. Services Offered

Disciplin offers digital tools for:

  • Academic tracking (attendance, homework, exams, reports)

  • Fee and payment management

  • Teacher-student-parent communication

  • School announcements, circulars, and notices

  • Staff attendance, leave, payroll, and task tracking

Services may vary based on school configurations.

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must:

  • Receive login credentials from your school

  • Use only the assigned account (students, parents, or staff)

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details. Notify us at support@disciplin.in in case of unauthorized access.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app

  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

  • Upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, misleading information)

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

App usage is provided to end users (students, parents, and staff) free of charge, as part of the school’s subscription. Payment terms are agreed directly between Disciplin and the institution.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal and academic information only as required for app functionality. Data is shared with:

  • School administrators and teachers

  • Payment providers (for online transactions)

  • Google and Meta services (for performance and security enhancements)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials in the app are the property of RKS Enterprices Services. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. App Updates and Availability

We may update or modify the app periodically. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Device incompatibility

  • Data loss due to device failure or user error

Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues caused by third-party services (like payment gateways or internet providers)

Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if:

  • You violate these terms

  • The school discontinues using Disciplin services

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

If you are a student, parent, or staff member and wish to have your personal data removed from our platform, you may submit a formal Data Deletion Request.

  • Requests must be submitted via email to: dataremoval@disciplin.in

  • We may require identity verification and school authorization before processing your request

  • Certain academic or institutional records may be retained if required by the school or under applicable law

Data deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 working days of receipt.
